Train the trainer

Starting in September 2011, P.S.D.C.I. PSDCI (Personal Skills Development Consultants International) will be running a new Train the Trainer series, leading to certification as a Process Communication Trainer

Stages of the training program:

Introductory PCM Workshop
Duration: three days. Hours: 9,00-17,00. Available places: 16.

Workshop fee includes 2 coffee breaks and lunches, the workshop manual and a personal personality profile.

Places will also be available for attending this workshop purely as an introductory workshop without having to sign for the complete trainer series. However, attendance is an entry level prerequisite for the complete Train the Trainer series.

Fees for the three days as a standalone workshop: 900Eur.   

Train the Trainer Series:

Registration for this module is contingent upon previous participation in an introductory workshop!

People who have already attended the introductory workshop above or who have attended an introductory workshop conducted by any of the Romanian certified trainers may attend this series. Information about the Romanian certified trainers can be here.

Module One
Duration: four days. Hours: 9,00-17,00.

Module Two
Duration: three days. Hours: 9,00-17,00.
Available places: 12 for the complete series.

Module Three
Duration: three days. Hours: 9,00-17,00.
Available places: 12 for the complete series.

Examination/Certification plus advanced seminar
Duration: 3 days.
Available places: 12 for the complete series

Workshop fees includes coffee breaks and lunches each day, costs of examination for international certification, International certification royalties and an advanced seminar.

Content of the modules:

Statistical validity of the results: managing questions about the results of the PPI
Observation of the process: Assessing matrix, Personality Strengths, Personality Parts, Perceptual frame of reference, Drivers, Training with video
Advanced theory: Distress and distress sequences
Presentation of the Phasing Issues; the Workaholic, Harmoniser, Persister, Rebel, Dreamer and Promoter Types with movie clips to illustrate Phasing Issues
Process Script Types: with explanations, patterns thesis etc.

All training workshops are held in English.

Course fee for the complete schedule (16 days) of intensive training followed by certification as a PCM Trainer is 6000 Eur.

The fee for the program for 13 days intensive training and certification as a PCM Trainer (applicable to those who have already attended an introductory workshop) is 5065Eur.

Training Program Location: the location of the training program will be announced 2 weeks before the start of the course and will probably be at the Ramada Nord.

Important Information:

Any person who wishes to receive the individual personality profile (without participation in a PCM workshop) may request one through an officially certified PCM Trainer or Coach. The normal fee for this is 115 Euro (this fee may vary depending upon the individual trainer). After payment has been verified you will receive a password, to make the online test. The results are strictly confidential and are recorded in an explanatory manual of about 50 pages, including recommendations on actions that can lead to optimising business performance, personal development and networking with others. It is recommended that you have a certified PCM Trainer or Coach debrief your profile results.
