The Process Communication Model: Effective Communication in Business
Objectives (By the end of this workshop you will):
- Have integrated the principles of Process Communication
- Be competent in interacting with all the personality types
- Be comfortable presenting any module of the three day seminar
- Be able to answer questions beyond the ‘basic concepts’

- Every two years International Process Communication Conferences are held, usually in the USA, for Certified Trainers
There will be a mixture of training input, group discussion and practicing skills. You will also be required to present each module of the program with feedback and coaching, over the 10 days of Train the Trainer workshops.
You will have your personality profile plus a work book to work with throughout the workshop and will also receive a Trainer Manual and other training support materials, including a basic set of PowerPoint slides as a template.
